cs go low fps

can someone help me i always get 30-100 fps and its very annoying ty

In new update you can incerase your fps with use one code.
"-d3d9ex" this command will boost your game.. You can investigate how to active it!

all my graphic setting are set to low
and also my resoloution is 1366x768

maybe you can disable v-sync

Buy a better pc wizerlands123 that will help a lot also reduce the graphics to low and also the resoloution
