Mostly, kids without robux want to make outfits, and sometimes all of the kids goes and play roleplaying games like Island Life, Robloxian High School, Boys and Girls Hangout, etc. and for the others who like to be competative, they will buy the gamepass that they can only afford. They want themselves to be strong and powerful, even with the very powerful item.
