I played this game as a kid. I would recommend if you just want to explore an MMORPG.
The probablity for the larger prizes are very low, it is more reliable to save up SG for rewards that you can redeem. There is a chart somewhere detailing the actual probabilty for the grand prizes. It is possible but low.
The game is pretty intutive by itself but nonetheless, nice guide
If you don't recieve the Soul Gems you can contact support by opening a ticket, wait a couple of days just to make sure the reward isn't just late.
