There's a limit in commenting to earn xp so be careful they might delete your comment and thats why you lose xp.

You can lose XP if the post you had comented is deleted, or if your comment is deleted because it was marked as spam, so it may be because you commented a lot of nonsense and your comments were deleted

@TheAssassin047 Commenting more than 5 times a day IS NOT considered spamming. Any unwanted, repeating, irrelevant, spreading false information, any language other than English, etc... IS considered spamm

You could have become a toad and will lose some quite often or you sent an inappropriate message on the forums
