is this spam

Hi so i know there are a lot fo threads about spam, but i see that csgo23 create almost an comment a day with the title help me or something like that. That is in my eyes not a good title as it can be everything from him loosing xp to not getting sg for voting on articles. So the question is: is this considered spam or is it ok to write like this. This is not an attack on csgo23, i just used him as an example as this has been done so many times by this user. If you read this, please be a bit more informative in your title.
