Come riscattare esattamente le ricompense dai muri?

Ho visto che offrono delle ricompense, e sto provando ad usare lords mobile per esse, mi ci vorrà ancora un po' per riscattare qualcosa, ma volevo sapere come farlo esattamente. Appena arrivo al punto prestabilito semplicemente clicco su "guadagna" e apro l'applicazione? O devo svolgere qualche procedimento più complesso che involve screenshot o simili?
