last three contracts didn't work

I did two surveys and rise of kingdom mission reach level 17 but none of them received SG, I talked to misty but no chance to get SG they are just saying be patient. or they say you didn't make one of our rule so We can't give you SG. its bad EXP I have with this site, just spend 45hours for nothing and no help

When you talk to Misty, select "I have a problem with the platform" > "Technical problem" >"Other" and it will let you write your problem out. Give support as much information as possible and they might be able to help you get credited or at least report the task to the provider as not working. You can also try to find the offerwall support to also report the problems to them directly.

Whenever you do contracts, I suggest taking a screenshot of the task with the amount of SG promised and the requirements, any proof that the task was done, for example the end of the survey (it should say something like you have completed the survey, earned a reward or something), also note the time and date you completed it.
