i just played crossout and war thunder and sent them a screenshot but it keeps getting rejected but it didnt happen with star conflict

Their system is...faulty at best. Keep trying. Make sure you have followed ALL instructions. Make sure the screenshot captures the entire screen. If the problem persists, contact support. Use a Merlin's rune if you have one.
