yes, yes you can but you'll most likely be blown to bits as well. Just think about it, raming something with a plane is not very likely to turn out well for you.

ramming by using your plane on a tank does not work, no matter how small the tank or how big the plane is there is no collision damage ( for good reason i think). i obviously have not tried all of the 700+ combinations but for most part ramming is not gonna do a thing except you loosing your aircraft. So there is no point doing it rather go and rearm at an airfield if you can.
