Shotgun guides needed

Umm guys do you have any tips for firing shotguns in general (every kind of shotgun), since I can only do well with the XM1014

Just try to get headshots with them and close up. For an example if you use MAG-7 you have to get close, and sometimes you can one tap them with a body shot.

Shotguns need to be played up close. Try to go into corners and get a kill and fall back. They do very little damage in long range so it's better to use your pistol in those situations.
