This is my second game that has rejected my screenshot claiming I haven't registered an account. I've had this issue with another game and even registered a SECOND account to that game (Star stable) only to be told again I haven't registered...
To make things more difficult, I contacted support who told me to create yet ANOTHER account, despite explaining that I can prove I registered an account. At this point, it makes the tasks unavailable with no support help except to "create another account".
I can see someone had an issue with this here, anybody else having an issue with the "you haven't registered" rejection?
