CS:GO Skins as a reward

If you choose a CS:GO skin as your reward it says that the state you get it in is random. Is this rigged like the chests so you always a Battle-scarred item or do you actually have a chance of getting something better? Can everyone who has ordered a CS:GO skin please tell me which state the weapon you got was in. Thank you

All the skins ive gotten have been battle scarred. I did get a stat track scar though.

So that means they are rigged so you only get battlescared. Then it would be a waste of money to buy them instead of giftcards
