Tell me how to get wins??

PUBG have too many tryhard players they do not chill like in the Bo4 Blackout or Fortnite players. When I shoot at them my go circle around enemy but when they shoot me I got 1 shotted... So WTF??

Plz tell the best things how to get those ez wins :D

Maybe they just have a better weapon than you

Or maybe headshots count in PUBG, I don't know
