how can i get gems from the mini games?

I also wonder, they won't load. Are they Flash based?

I think the minigames are bugged that it won't give any Soul Gem, besides it's not worth your time, it takes too long and the reward is not that high, you only get 1 Soul Gem if you reached the certain points. Try downloading the application of Gamehag in your mobile, it has a feature called "App Zone" where you can watch a 30 sec. Ads, and for each Ad you watched you get 1 Soul Gem same value with the minigames.
