If that is truly your opinion, give out some explanations as to what you think makes the website dull, and, if possible, some suggestions to make it better. Otherwise, your comment looks disingenuous.

As for the topic, I actually quite like it this way. Sections are easy to find and navigate to. I have no complaint.

Misty is somewhy posting empty boxes, without report button. That is sure to be fixed. However, I really like the design of the site. What would be wrong? (excluding the 100-ish bugs and 1000-ish grammar mistakes)
