“Game is not available on your mobile phone”

there seems to be an issue with my game, I reached and completed chapter 18 as I was asked to, mind you this is my first time playing the game so there shouldnt be an issue, however

they are telling that the game is not available on the phone even though it’s a Mobile game only, not a cross play or pc game. they also asked me to go on the pc site which I did and it didn’t work

It simply sent me a notification on my phone to the same thing that I already had, and says to complete it on the phone, but it’s telling me I can’t claim it. does anyone know how to fix it or

has an email for Gamehags support team? Misty is not very helpful ????
