Wasted 3 weeks and now they say that I didn't create a new account...... they just don't want to give away gems at this point

me too, there's not a single other pay-to-earn platform that I'm with that offers this task, yet I created a new account and reached level 20 but they reject it for the same reason

and when I went to check my info with YottaGames, I had to explain their customer support what a referral link is :^) I'm quitting GH over this absolute joke that took me weeks
