I reached level 4 and rejeceted,. I u ninstalled the game and won't be using this site anyomore. Terrible.

You could try deleting all the cookies associated with Gaijin and crossout, disabling the adblocking software and trying to create new account in incognito mode, if you'll be rejected for that account you should write to gaijin support for their confirmation that your account was created via gamehag link, then write to gamehag support about issues with the link to the screenshot of confirmation that your account was created via the gamehag link, but you also need a lot of patience because for me there was always like 2 days wait between support's responses

4th rank means 4th reputation level with engineers faction, just got accepted after a week of trying
