No, sometimes when replying I gain xp and some minutes later it says "You've lost that amount of xp for your behaviour" eventhough I haven't said anything wrong?

No... you lose XP if you spam. When a spam comments gets reported, it gets reviewed by moderators. Then if they see it as spam, it will be removed and you lose 10XP for each such comment.

Yeah, it's that problem

You will only earn xp for about 5 comments per day, so if you comment more than that you won't earn more xp.

I got xp deduced 2 days ago and I really dont know why was that. I didnt get any notification but my % drops 2 below....

I don't have the exp level stuck thing as often as my non-spam messages getting marked as spam and some of my exp getting taken away.

I always comment 5 times a day but it keeps decreasing. Gamehag said its spam but I'm following their rules. And I comment seriously and if this keeps happening I can't get to level 3.
