Error en la descarga

Iba a hacer esta tarea y empecé descargando el launcher del juego, que se trata de 4game, al empezar a descargar el juego como tal cuando lleva un 1% o 2%, la instalación se detiene y nos muestra el mensaje: "Installation error ocurred: 70001. Download error: Downloader shut down has been requested". La verdad que he buscado bastante sobre el error y no he encontrado nada en ningún foro, por eso me parecía interesante comentarlo aquí, de forma que si alguno sabe pudiera ayudar. Me puse en contacto con la administración del juego, y en cuánto me respondan y la solución sirva, comunicaré la solución.

segun lei aca mismo en gamehag hay que hacer la instalacion con el antivirus desactivado, yo todavia no lo intente.
