No te estafan en sí, ni tampoco creo que tengas riesgo de scam, pero sí que es verdad que una skin de 10 dólares te la toman a 6 como máximo a veces

El tema de estas páginas es que suelen haber bots, que no pertenecen a la página que interfieren el tradeo y se quedan con tus artículos, hablo desde la experiencia. Por eso hay que tener cuidado

Es segura siempre y cuando revises bien las ofertas, los codigos de verificacion y el nombre del bot para que no te scameen
