If you never heard of this game is because you haven't been near a computer lately , since it's everywhere since facebook to youtube and for a good reason. The game is currently being hosted in the platform Steam where it has more then a million daily users , a number that is surpassed only by a few titles, that are quite more demanding then counter strike global offensive .This game is the 3rd in a series of games started way back in 1999 and it has gain popularity all over the world , so much that are professional players of cs:go that can make thousands of dollars just by playing the game , something that a while back wasn't imaginable .
This game has a mix of strategy , and if you want to climb the ranks you will have to master all three aspects of it , and it is also a perfect game if you want to play with your friends , since the main game type is a 5v5 competitive match where you can queue up with your best friends from real life !
People that take this more serious can actually find a real e-Sports in this game with major and minor competitions with prize pools that range from a few hundred dollars to a million dollars in the case of the big major .
This game is avayble for purchase in steam for the price of 14.99 $ (when it's not in discount) but it is recommended that people below the age of 14 do not play this game since it can be of violence nature .
Another big aspect of the CS:GO scene is the gambling part of it , that has been significantly damaged by a law suit emposed by valve since minors were gambling away in-game items , something that should never have happened since it is illegal to gamble under the age of 18.Despite all of that , the gambling scene is gaining speed once more , proppeling the development of the game to a whole new level where because it helps with the financial part of the scene.
CS:GO has been growing so much that has even been broadcasted in television over the US for the past two majors , something that no other e-sports has ever been able to do.
So if you ask me , Counter-Strike : Global Offensive is the best first person shooter game out there i would say of course because at the small cost of 15$ you can share the fun of a lifetime with your friends or get more serious about the game and actually try to make a living out of it .
