I have it a few times, it usually happens when I have poor connection. But if you have the msg that tells you that you can't earn until finishing a task then you have to do a contract. Even so, mini games is actually slow and inefficient way to earn sg.
@Loremic you will only start earning sg from leveling up at lvl 3 onwards but the reward is small like 15sg at lvl3
You can try asking misty or contact support in discord. But actually, whether you get rewarded is by the people who host the contracts not gamehag, but gamehag can still try to help you.

The only way now is to report spam comments , every 1 reported correctly=1sg. You can search for the main forum page about spam by the moderators for more details.
Btw there is also multiplayer on this game so you can play with your friends:)
It should be the games like Game of Thrones and War of Thunder as minigames only give sg not exp
In the past I was able to gain exp through contracts but all a sudden it stopped. Apparently according to misty contracts don't give exp anymore. Only in forums or playing games then you will gain exp. Just a heads up!:)
I think there is some issues with their servers as I have the same problem just now, but now I can excess the website so I think they fixed it already
