to make aure you get SG’s (or any kind of reward) from playing a game offer, you must immediately open the open after installed. Most offers dont say this, some offers says open app within 15 minutes. Some offers have a time frame to complete but may not tell you this, usually needs to be completed within 30 days unless said in instructions.

Opening the app as soon as it is installed is a must. it registers the reward link, if you do not open the app right away, you most likely won’t get the reward.

MZ support for Final Fantasy is almost non-existent, they give you the “delete app reinstall, make room and clean cache”, advice. But it really has to do with the servers MZ servers, overloaded.

Did you download directly from the link given and open and play the app right away? If your device or apple id played the game previously you do not get the rewards because you wouldn’t be a new user

Start by clicking in the “Guild” tab on ghe bottom of the screen. You must not be in a current guild already therefore so you can reach the “Create Guild” screen.
