Castle Lvl 6 keeps getting rejected?? ***

It keeps getting rejected, I have adblock off, it's a new account, no VPN, etc and they still keep rejecting it. are the mods blind??

You have to create a new account and make sure you screenshot the entire screen, i had the same problem with upgrade castle to Lvl 5 quest at first.

I also had the same problem with rejected level 6 castle quest (the 2nd quest).

Same here, with the following message,

"A QUEST FOR GAME OF THRONES WINTER IS COMING HAS BEEN REJECTED.. YOU NEED TO GET THE REWARD AND USE IT IN GAME"

I thought it odd that the second quest would have such a miniscule requirement, especially since the first quest was to raise your castle to level 5 so I took screenshots of both the message and the quest in case it magically changes so they can continue to say I didn't complete it.
To add insult to injury, Gamehag support is a ridiculous effing joke, the link 'Contact Us' at the bottom of every page just opens to the automated 'Misty' chat window and no matter what conversational path I follow, it either just gives me some vague or generalized advice or directs me here, where apparently no one gets advice or support for this particular problem.

It seems to me that what we are seeing as the quest requirements and what the powers that be that approve completed quests sees are entirely different. I followed the 'Company' link at the bottom of the page, found a 'Contact Us' link that actually allows me to fill out a message form, relayed the incident along with my suspicions and sent it. I also clicked the 'Report a Broken Link' link on the game page and selected "My Quest Was Rejected" from the drop-down. Hopefully, one of these actions will get someone to actually look into this instead of the automatic asssumption that we are doing something wrong.

Yeah I just got that email and was like huh how. Is it possible it gets rejected if we keep playing?

What did you do for level 5? What did you screenshot

my first quest also got approved rather quickly but my second one for castle level 6 didn't got denied but I saw why, I forgot to to apply the update for the castle so once I did that I just screen shot the picture of the castle with level 6 showing to see if that gets approved since that's what I did for the first level 5, I will let you know if it works or not.

Anyone know what they are talking about redeem castle level 6 in game there is no redemption for castle level 6 in game I even finished all the tasks for chapter 5 in case if that's what they were talking about.. I am so confused right now

Agreed. The Castle Level 6 Quest keeps getting rejected for me as well for no understandable reason.

mine just got rejected trying with a new photo

same for me i messages out to them and my third one got accepted for lvl 6

My Quest 2 to get my castle to level 6 got rejected as well. The rejection notifiction says "You need to get the reward and use it in game." The quest requirement just says "Upgrade your Castle to level 6". Will Try to upload another screenshot.

Issue got resolved and recived gems after contacting gamehag. :smiley:

how to contact gamehag? it keeps bringing me to Misty, and it doesn't help resolve this issue
