no puedo recibir gemas viendo anuncios

Me aparece lo siguiente : "Debes realizar una misión en el juego", alguna solucion? no puedo hacer misiones de juegos porque siempre me aparece que debo crear una nueva cuenta en el juego cuando no he jugado en mi vida los juegos de esta plataforma... ademas he realizado 2 quiz al 100% y no me llegaron las gemas... no se que hacer? estoy perdido...

Para desbloquear la opción, funciona también realizar alguno de los Quiz y cualquier encuesta. Eso es lo que hago y la vuelvo a obtener.

entra a los muros que aparece en "Ofertas" y realiza un juego, los quizz muchas veces no te dan las gemas, por ejemplo yo jugué una misión de Candy Crush y no me llevó más de 30 minutos para hacer la misión y ya pude usar la tv zone.
