A mi me paso algo igual, tienes que unirte al grupo de roblox y esperar entre 3-14 dias dependiendo de lo que te diga, luego alli si podras reclamar tu premio. Ten paciencia

Tienes que esperar hasta que te llegue una notificación diciendo que tu premio ya esta listo para ser recogido, cuando la recibas solo le das click y te lleva a tus pedidos y ahi te pedira tu nombre de usuario de Roblox además de que te unas al grupo.

Un consejo, no dividas tus comentarios en varias partes eso se considera spam.
