I don't think it is, it's a game for everyone, just like nintendo games, they are not intended to be played by children only, no. Roblox is a videogame where you create your own game/experience, for other users to play, and you can earn robux by sellings items and stuff in your games, which can be converted into real money. There are A LOT of games, and thoses games are made from roblox studio, and to make one, you have to be skilled, you have to code, build, animate, model...
Those things aren't easy for little kids, so most people who make games, are either teens, or adults. And there are over 40 million games on roblox, and a couple of milions of them are well made, and effort was put into them.

if we are talking about whether or not its child friendly, no, a lot of people find ways to bypass the community guidelines etc. but if we are talking about if adults can play it or no, yes, yes they can play it if they want and they should not be shamed for it

It's for all age groups and since there's such a variety in games then it means that different games are for different ages. There are certain limits to how age appropriate a game can get.
