For the first warframe i recommend excalibur. he is the one of the best warframes and easy to play with him.

At the beginings it maybe hard to understand the game logic but you always have help and tutorials.

the game is not bad if you gave lot of spare time the language is wierd but okey

@k1ngpower_ because it takes 48 hours to accept or reject your task so just be patient

So i can recommend this game but the tasks are give you just a few soulgem so it is not worth.
