The game is great but the reward seems impossible. First time used an older login, second time(!!) cleared cookies, used a different email address, followed all the steps in the FAQ and still refused when sending a screen shot from the metal screen. No feedback when asked. It's been 24 days since Gamehag has approved one of my tasks. Starting to feel conned.

Made the mistake of not making a new account (and downloading their massive client a second time!) so my screen shots were refused. Quite a good game and fun to play so giving it another go to get the rewards. Also found comments give you exp in gamehag, so comment on everything folks!!

The actual process of getting to lvl10 isn't too tricky. There's an EXP boost early on and well worth using. It's a little bit like being on rails for the first part.
TBH I am pretty disappointed overall in that I opened a brand new account, having never played or seen the game before. Reached lvl10 only to be told that my account wasn't new. I've contacted support too but they maintain I didn't follow instructions and it's my fault the reward won't pay out.

This game is actually pretty good. There are some great vehicles and the game play is pretty smooth. I was impressed with the turn around on the SG too. What are your thoughts and impressions?

I hit lvl17 on my town hall in 13 days with moderate effort. Lots of checking in, and a bit of messing around getting a stable guild.

72 hours since completing the task though and no soul gems. My last two tasks have been denied too, so I'm quite nervous about getting anything from this!

72 hours after the task completed (13 days in the making!!) and no rewards. I'm worried this is the third game in a row not to pay out any gems at all (or exp which is what I really need to get to lvl3).
