Sí estás dispuesto a ser paciente diría que viendo videos en la app de teléfono. Sí quieres muchas y “en menos tiempo” diría que jugando los juegos online que recomienda el sitio.

El problema es que ganar gemas requiere siempre algo de tiempo y algo de esfuerzo... y en tu caso, por lo que veo, ni siquiera has completado el tutorial puesto que cuando lo haces te regalan tus primeras gemas.
Complétalo y después busca un poco por el foro porque encontrarás mucga información.
