when i play Ivern , I started at wolves, then tap my blue, tap my gromp, then smite red (after tapping obviously), tap raptors, collect wolves, blue and gromp and force a mid/top gank. Very important to be on river back at min 3 15 so u can take scuttle crab!

start with where is your botlane then take whole side

then other buff and go for scuttle crabs

i start all time on blue with master after red and a rest

I do red -> stone monsters -> blue -> frog -> ducks-> green thing -> ducks
