How to level up?

Im level 2 and stuck on 8% and im retarded

you level up by doing tasks and you can comment a max of 5 times a day to get xp, it does take a few weeks or so to level up :) good luck

The easiest way would probably be completing the "Games" section tasks. If you for an example play 1 of the games you can get up to 100+ EXP per task! Another way would be talking on forums, but only 5 per day and if you spam, and the comment gets deleted you lose 10 EXP. So per comment you have that gets deleted is -10 EXP. So remember don't spam, and just stay active on here ;)

You Just Have To Comment On Forums To Get 1% 2% or 3% (in Rare Cases). And U Can Easily level Up By Completing Tasks.
