It depends, sometimes 1 person can don' buy anything, if you are on T side, you should go in group and he ill be able to pickup a gun. Teamwork is the key

If you are T and win 1 round with plant , you can halfbuy , but otherwise - probably not.Also you can force like T if have plant round 1.But like CT if you win 1 round and buy 2 round , and then lose it .... you are in moneyfuck
