It takes time. If the artciles are published, you'll get the SGs. Just vote properly and you'll get them in time. Works well for me at least

it would take sometime for article vote approval so maybe that's the reason of receiving the vote article SG a little later (in my case I always receive one day after), maybe there's someone checking the votes too (so it takes time)
