I am unable to get any ads to show in App Zone

I have been watching the ads in the app zone to extend my protective barrier and prevent me from becoming a frog. It was working well for months, but since yesterday I am getting an error when I try it, and I have only an hour left before I become a frog. Can anyone please let me know how I can fix it? Or is there any other way I can extend my protective barrier?

Same here, unable to get the App zone to work.

I was able to do the "follow steam curator" quest and prevent becoming a frog. I also found that there is a TV zone that shows ads, but I am not sure if that counts as a quest. Can you check it out?

I am unable too ,it doesnt work on mobile ,now i am a frog and cant renew my barrier

another good thing is surveys cause if u get screened out and u just get few gems it still counts and extends your barrier

I rarely get any survey's in my region, and even the ones I get are very difficult to complete as they require 100% correct answers

Survey can't be 100% true.

The surveys i get are like "Math" survery or "Identifying the logos" survey, and if i even fail one answer it will not give any gems.

I have only days again, and the app zone still doesnt work. Would be nice if someone from gamehag would at least communicate or remove the need to become a frog, otherwise i am going to lose all my gems and i cant even get any rewards as i am not even level 3

Same. I'm not able to watch ads or even load new games because all the links take me to maintenance page.

I have decided to leave the site as there is now no way to prevent us from becoming frogs, and i still am unable to even get any xp to reach level 3, so i just spent my gems on chests and got nothing useful. Feels like i have wasted such a long time on the site

I don't even get points for a few days -> complete cpx research surveys.
