Confirma que realmente hayan pasado 15 días desde que te uniste al grupo que te indican en el premio.
Yo gané un roblux y tenía meses en mi cuenta porque la persona a la que se lo iba a regalar no sabía como unirse al grupo... luego de casi un mes se lo regalé a otra persona y el día 15 de haberse unido, volví a reclamarlo y se lo dieron.
