Roblox, is it the best game?

Roblox is the best gamr since you can make freind and there are lots of cool games.

Yes and no. While there are lots of cool games you can play on the platform, some aspects of it (like one part of the community being very toxic, exploiters, etc) make the Roblox experience pretty unamusing at the very least. A lot of people are going to disagree with me, but this is just my point of view after years of playing on the platform and being in the Roblox community.
