Ddn't get 100gems for reviewing gamehag on trust pilot!

i just reveived yesterday my first reward and it says If I review gamehag on trust pilot i'll be rewarded 100 gem but guess what? I ddn't reveive anything and Idk who to contact with regarding this matter. I can't ask misty about it coz misty is stupid (jk). does any knows who can ask about this?

Same thing happen to me. I've also reviewed gamehag on same sit and i did not received my prize... Seems like the only way is to contact them over Misty

the problem is that i can't write about this to misty 'coz there's no option for that.

Open chat with Misty, select the option "Yes", choose category Technical problem, select Other and write your problem about Trustpilot and not receiving soul gems.
