Probably talking on the forums, because the offers with games can be broken and might not reward you whereas talking here rewards you immediately. It's not the quickest, but it's reliable and definitely not slow. Although, I think you get rewards from this by receiving likes and leveling up by commenting.

Oh yeah, and forgot to mention one thing. People will randomly dislike your comments without a reason. By getting dislikes, you LOSE xp, and therefore lose levels.
