Well a server could be laggy simply because your device has trouble processing it.

it always lags

it depends what game, if its a basic straight-forward game with not much detatil it doesnt lag, becuase it doesnt have much to load.

but if it has a lot of detail (like a library perhaps) it would lag more becase it has to load all the words in the book.

if you play the game a loit more the lag should start to get less but when the game updates you will start the process again.
