some times its from spamming but I had this happen to me as well before, sometimes it can be from just posting on a spam thread or it might be a glitch. I just went offline on here for 2-3 days after contacting Misty as they said nothing could really be done about it, since then its been fine again tho ^^ good luck

You might have said something that someone disliked, not necessarily spam, and got flagged. Although sometimes it looks like a bug, because it can be days after you made the comment, so no one can be sure about it.

Maybe you need to log in more often and make sure to not spam in the comment sections. But if you really didn't do anything of these, you can report or contact someone in Gamehag?

To clear things up: they didn't specify why exactly and no i did not spam, and i asked for help they said "The only way to lose XP is to have your comments removed by our moderators. Please refrain from comments of poor quality and outright spam and I am sure you won't have your XP taken again" yeah, very helpful...
