I have tried to download and complete multiple tasks but it seems that I would not get any soul gems even if I try to complete them all. You guys know any solution to get my soul gems hehe

Go to the bottom of this page https://gamehag.com/wall/1 and click where is says "Do you have any issues with your task? Click here" it will show you all the task you have clicked on goto the one(s) you have completed and fill out your e-mail and some notes. They will e-mail you asking you to send them proof (pic) read the e-mail they send you to make sure you are taking the right pic reply back with the pic and wait. They will review and let you know.
