It's simple, it's 5v5. so if you stop yourself from tilting and feeding, your team has chances of having 4 feeders while the enemy has 5 potential feeders, mathematically you win.

Just play ranked matches and practise. Then u will rank up and you will be a better player.

Would recommend not picking early game champions in low elo like aatrox becuase in low elo its almost always a long game like 30 minutes and those early game champions become very weak.
