how do you get good and move out of your current rank?

a good tips is play alot with your friends but it has to be serious look at youtube clips, improve your movment be more stactic with your aim get many kills and make sure to plant the bomb/defuse. Don't forget the MVP's You simply rank up by getting points so of the end of every match you have to have high ammount of points to succes the rank. so a tip is to plant more defuse more get those mvp's and you are good to go my current rank is GNM i was at S2 a month ago i did this tactic and it worked i ranked up.

Ranks are not that important.
What really matters is your skills.
I play CS since version 1.5 (2002). That is 18 years of experience with Counter Strike.
I've never played a single ranked game in CS:GO because I really don't like to commit to at least 30 minutes gameplay.
I still enjoy the game playing casual matches and war games.
