The Spirit 101 (Rewritten)

The Spirit (Rin Yamaoka) is one interesting Killer and not hard to learn and master.Today I am going to show you everything you need to know about The DBD Killer,The Spirit... 

Yamaoka's Haunting:

• The Spirit's Power is called ”Yamaoka's Haunting”.By using Yamaoka's Haunting The Spirit can Phase Walk (by holding RMB for 1.5 seconds).While Phase Walking,The Spirit can move freely and faster than normaly (She normaly moves at 110% speed,slower than most Killers at 115%),but she will not see The Survivors,only the Scrath Marks if they are running.The Survivors will not see her either.The only thing they will see is The Husk,a stationary image of The Spirit in the place where The Phase Walk was initiated.
• When The Phase Walk is over (after 5 seconds),The Husk will disappear and The Survivors will see The Spirit and vice versa.There is a cool-down of 15 seconds to The Phase Walk.The Phase Walk duration can be changed with different Add-Ons like Shiawase Amulet Add-On (+0.5 seconds Yamaoka's Haunting duration) and Katsumori Talisman Add-On (+1.5 seconds Yamaoka's Haunting duration)

Memento Mori:

• With Memento Mori Offerings or Perks (like Ebony Memento Mori Offering or Hex:Devour Hope,Unique The Hag Perk) you can kill Survivors by your own hand when they are in the dying state (without needing to Hook them or leave them in the dying state to die).The Spirit summons a Katana and shreds The Survivor during the killing animation.

Perks:

• The Spirit has three Unique Perks : Spirit Fury (After breaking 4/3/2 Pallets,the next time you are stunned by a Pallet, The Entity will instantly break it.You still suffer from the stun effect penalty) ; Hex:Haunted Grounds (When one of the two trapped Hex Totems is cleansed by a Survivor,all Survivors suffer from the Exposed Status  Effect for 40/50/60 seconds) and Rancon (Each time a Generator is completed,all Survivors' locations are revealed to you for 3 seconds,but The Obsession will see your location as well for 5/4/3 seconds)

Techniques:

• A very good technique is to stay still when chasing a Survivor,pretending you are a Husk.The Survivor will think that you are a in Phase Walk and try to hide (The Spirit cannot see Survivors during Phase Walk).This technique is not 100% working so I cannot guarantee your victory.
• You can counter her by looping.Remember,she is slower than most Killers.
