I do not get my SG

I have tried the app zone and the mobile phone games but i do not get my SG, can someone help pls:)

Does the Appzone keep displaying a "Try again" message? That has been happening to me for the past 2 days. It worked fine before and I always got SG's after using it. What mobile games have you tried that didn't give out SG's? Have you tried clearing the cache/data for the Gamehag app or uninstalling it and then installing it again? If nothing works, log a ticket to support, they should be able to help.

I've gotten the "Try again" message ever since they added this feature. I've had success getting past it by just tapping the play button a bunch of times really quickly.

Sometimes it show try again 2 to 5 time and then it works fine

you don't need to download the apps, but you do need to finish the ad before closing it.
