my XP is not going up

im at 97 % soon at lvl 3 and my xp bar is not going up whatever im doing!

You can only Send 5 messages a day in forums to Gain xp.

ok thanks but now my XP is dicreasing

i was at 97% then at 88% and now im at 77%

im having the same problem but my xp still does not go up if i do messages or threads

Me too i am not even getting any xp so i thought just putting some comments herewill give me some.Will i get some?
