How can I exchange runes?

Can someone tell me how to exchange runes?

You can click in your backpack to your rune. Either activate it or sell it. Those are worth only 1SG if you sell, so better to check what it does and use it and then play accordingly.

I don't think you can trade runes. You can only use them or sell them for SG.
