Why my problems can't be solved? Is misty on vacation?

So few months ago i recently using gamehag again because i need it to buy battlepass from codm. Then I stumbled many problems and i tried contacting misty and there's no response it's been weeks.

Where's misty when I really need her assistance. I just recently bought this giftaway pass egift code and when i try to claim it on gcash giftaway redemption it says invalid codes.

Idk what to do, idk where to ask. Hoping someone can help me, misty is gone. All that hardwork will go to waste. It's like i wasted 1 month for nothing.
